Hussain Architectural Design Ltd (HAD) is a female led multi-award winning architectural practice and planning consultancy with studios/offices in Blackburn, Burnley, Manchester and London UK. Current projects include a new build banqueting hall in Manchester, a one-off new build private house in Altrincham, a care home in West Hampstead, new housing in Croydon, and various residential and commercial developments throughout the UK.
The practice was founded in 2011 by Saira Hussain, a University of Huddersfield graduate, over the last 6 years the practice has been nominated for and won over 30 awards, including The Duke of Gloucester's construction award and Saira has been named 'The most influential woman in UK Architecture' 2017. Saira has recently debated Architecture and well-being at the EU summit in Brussels and has been involved in a number of Parliamentary debates.
